从精液的气味能判断出疾病吗?

请问正常男性性生活时射出的精液有气味吗？我妻子说我房事时射出的精液有气味，而且气味浓烈又怪异，不知道这样正常不正常？听有些人说，精液的气味可以判断人的身体健康状况。
