　　Ashlynn Brooke（以下简称AB）1985年8月14日出生于俄克拉何马州的乔克托。她从小学3年级直到高中毕业参加学校的啦啦队。在她这些年的求学生活中，她参加过3支啦啦队，其中两只是是以参加职业啦啦队比赛为目的的。AB的大学经历很少，在学校里他对刑事司法和司法科学非常感兴趣。此外，她还经营一家二手车交易场。3年后，她在迈阿密步入了色情行业。

　　AB最开始为《Easyriders》和《Gallery》杂志担当裸体模特。在2006年的时候，她正式出演AV影片。2006年，她参与了30部AV的拍摄。她最初的作品是为Bang Bros网站拍摄的《Big Mouthfuls》，这部片子后来以《Big Mouthfuls＃12》的名字发行了DVD。AB现在是Digital Sin和New sensations两家公司的签约演员，且New Sensations公司还在2007年的时候为她建立了个人网站。
